This past June, my husband and I decided to sell our rental home in Cape Elizabeth. We’d listed this home once before, several years ago and received no offers. This time, thankfully, we found Liz at Hearten Home. She staged our home for the Open House and it looked beautiful. Each room looked polished but comfortable, pulled together and inviting. She gave the house a cohesive look that everyone at the Open House commented on. It was just what we needed. The house went under contract after just 3 days on the market for $10K over the list price. Needless to say, we highly recommend Hearten Home.
