Project Details

This new construction project involved selecting all the finishes, including flooring, paint, light fixtures, cabinets, countertops and many more aspects. The goal was a design that flowed from one space to another while efficiently utilizing the layout. We created different living areas within the open floor plan that tied together through the design.

We sourced new furniture and accessories from a variety of high-end to discount sources to stay within budget. The result was a calm, relaxing space that incorporated the homeowners new items along with some of the items they already owned.

When this property was put on the market it received several offers above list and was under contract within 3 days of being listed! This was due in part to the classic, cost-effective design elements that were used.
