Rental Redesign and House Staging

This rental redesign project included selecting a new paint scheme that flowed throughout the house and staging for marketing photos.  We decided on a gray and blue palette that played off of the coastal location and could work with a wide range of renter’s decor. The staging plan incorporated neutral tones with some pops of color throughout.

The result was an updated and welcoming home that would attract many potential renters.
